Considered by the Chinese as one of the three blessed fruits with the peach and the lemon, the grapefruit, symbol of fertility and prosperity, was also appreciated by the Greeks and Romans. With its freshness, this citrus fruit grows in the arid and colourful lands of the province of Salta, in northern Argentina. Combined with verbena and hyacinth, grapefruit is aromatic.
